3) Take a left at the Westwood Ranch.
4) You will then be faced with a fork in the road just beyond the “Westwood Ranch” Turn right and stay on this road for around 14 miles.
5) Turn right at 35 25.467′ N, 112 43.333′ W
6) Turn left at 35 27.647′ N, 112 43.525′ W
7) Turn right at 35 27.710′ N 112 45.015′ W
8) The property will be on your left roughly 1 mile north.
9) The NE corner of the lot is found at 35 28.364′ N, 112 45.393’W. There is a primitive driveway on the left side of the road that leads to the NE corner of the lot.
