I Bought 5.14 Acres
Simple process. Drove to the land and after walking it I loved it. Made the call and put in an offer. Call was easy and working with a negotiating price we agreed on. Closed fast and was clearing it and on my own land within two to three weeks. Highly recommend doing this. He even remains in constant contact and always able to reach after doing your deal. 5/5
